Billy Yoder returns to his roots in Philadelphia, stepping into the role of General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. With an illustrious 20-year career in the hospitality industry, Billy has garnered extensive experience in prominent cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. Over the past five years in Miami, he has thrived with renowned organizations such as Genuine Hospitality, Groot Hospitality, and most recently, The Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
